Please understand that we can only accept room cancellations in writing. Your reservation is considered guaranteed.
LOW SEASON
Low season: January 3, 2025 to July 24, 2025 and August 29, 2025 to December 22, 2025
Your reservation is considered guaranteed and can be canceled free of charge in the low season up to 7 days before arrival.
After this period, 80% of the arrangement price will be charged.
MAIN SEASON
Festival period from July 24th, 2025 to August 30th, 2025
Christmas & New Year's Eve 12/22/2025 to 01/03/2026
During high season, bookings are only possible by providing your credit card number. Your reservation is then considered guaranteed and can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
After this period or in the event of no-show, 90% of the arrangement price will be charged.
Please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance.
