Planning long ahead will be rewarded. This also gives us planning security. Book and pay 90 days before arrival you can save 5% on the package price.
Our Cancelation Rules
Please understand that we can only accept room cancellations in written form. Your reservation is guaranteed.
Low season
In low season, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, we will charge 80% of the package price.
Main season - festival time from 24.07. - 30.08.
In high season, bookings are only possible with a credit card number. Your reservation is then guaranteed and can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this deadline or in case of no-show, we will charge 90% of the package price.
